Whenever WWE needs to promote a show, they use part-time superstars. It's beneficial for the company but younger talents might face some problems.

Here how.

Wrestlers like Seth Rollins, Braun Strowman, Drew McIntyre and Finn Balor should have won the Universal Championship by now, but the title is still on Lesnar's shoulder.

He won the title at WrestleMania 33 and only lost it once till now, and that happened against Roman Reigns. Despite Lesnar's popularity, the fans want to see a full-time champion.

But how it's related to Cena coming back to Raw?

John Cena is a big superstar, and most of his rivalries now are against younger talents. Cena always tries to pass some torch to his opponent and this has helped many talents to grow.

However, the WWE has used him a lot of time for doing this. They should do this but less frequently as the fans would get bored by seeing the same thing.

However, if he starts his rivalry against someone like McIntyre or Lashley to put them over then this would be great. They both need one big rivalry to establish themselves as the top heel.
