No one can deny that Elias is a complete entertainment package. He has charisma, can work any type of storyline, and can do great as both a heel and a babyface. However, his presence is often limited to singing segments and squash matches that are booked to extend storylines that have nothing to do with him.

It is natural to expect from a Superstar of his potential. WWE must be careful with the way he is booked in the coming months as spending too much time on the sideline will irk him enough to find a new destination for himself. It wouldn’t be wrong on his part either considering that his current situation on the roster is doing nothing for his character.

Elias is definitely worth a Championship reign or two and he can even defend his titles against Superstars who see limited action inside the ring. The amount of attention towards him or the lack thereof is a risk that WWE cannot afford to take. Elias can be brilliant if booked well and there might be others who can make better use of his caliber.
