Definitely, the most controversial pick on this list, Roman Reigns already has a Rumble victory, last eliminating Rusev to win the match in 2015.
Whilst many fans would argue that Reigns wouldn't even be in the match, due to his status as Universal Champion, putting the Big Dog in the match like this has happened before, namely in 2016.
