The answer is simple. Strowman has gone up against Brock Lesnar on far too many occasions and lost the match. He has not been portrayed to be the same level of Beast, as the Beast Incarnate has.
Of course, all of this could change in time. WWE just needs to move Strowman away from the comedy segments with ten-year-old kids at WrestleMania and book him as a truly dominant figure who can put away his opponents with utmost ease.
But for now, Braun Strowman does not make the list of possible candidates.
