The heel could come back for the title after he is done with Ciampa

Let’s get one thing straight before we get down to business; no one can quite overcome the odds in WWE like Johnny Gargano.

The Rebel Heart was doing a great job as a babyface on NXT before he was shot down by the villainous Finn Balor. The same night, Gargano turned heel himself and betrayed his longtime friend, Tommaso Ciampa.

Ciampa and Gargano are now ready to go to war against each other once again, possibly for the final time. While we cannot say who will come out victorious, one thing that’s for sure is that the match between them will be A-grade at the very least.

Once their rivalry will be over, both men will head onto different paths once again, and we could watch Gargano chase gold in NXT again. Gargano has already won it all in NXT, but no one can stop NXT’s biggest star from coming back for second helpings.

The Rebel Heart has already held the North American Championship for a few days, and it’ll be interesting to watch the smaller heel come for the bigger babyface to get a longer run with the title.

If NXT does plan to take the title off Lee and move him up the ladder, then no one can take the title off him without decreasing the Superstar’s value quite like Johnny Wrestling.
