Over the last few months, we have seen a resurgence in the character of Daniel Bryan as he had turned heel on the November 13th, 2018 episode of SmackDown by hitting AJ Styles with a low blow before pinning him to successfully become the new WWE Champion. It's clear to say that the new Daniel Bryan is the best version of Bryan that we have seen in a long time.

The heel but eco-friendly character of Bryan has even led to Erick Rowan joining his side after we saw Rowan interfere during Bryan's WWE Championship match against AJ Styles at Royal Rumble 2019. Having Rowan and Bryan together is an intriguing pairing, but there is potential for many more superstars to join Bryan in his quest for a perfect environment.

Here are 5 superstars who could possibly align themselves with Bryan.

#5 'Gentleman' Jack Gallagher

Could The Gentleman be a good addition to Bryan's alliance?
Could The Gentleman be a good addition to Bryan's alliance?

Jack Gallagher is a very underrated superstar in the WWE who doesn't get the credit that he deserves. His character is very unique, as it makes him stand out from all the other superstars on 205 Live. In real life, he is also a legitimate person as he has previously competed in MMA.

But despite all this, Gallagher has yet to become Cruiserweight Champion which is shocking considering the fact that he can play the role of a heel and face very well. He would be a great addition to Daniel Bryan and Rowan's alliance due to his Gentleman character. You could play up how Gallagher has top standards within the society, and his character is very upper-class just like how Bryan and Rowan are portraying to be.

Gallagher is the perfect choice to look down on fans alongside with Bryan and Rowan for the way that they dress, talk and act. His character is a great match for the direction that Bryan's alliance seems to be going on. But most importantly, it would help Gallagher hugely as he would receive a bigger platform by being with Bryan.

#4 Tyler Bate

Bate is a vegan in real life.
Bate is a vegan in real life.

Tyler Bate is currently competing in NXT UK as he is aligned with Trent Seven with the two men being part of a tag team called Moustache Mountain. The duo is also aligned with Pete Dunne, as they briefly compete as British Strong Style sometimes. The English superstar would be a great choice to join Bryan and Rowan, as he is also a vegan in real life just like Bryan is.

We have seen Bate win the UK Championship as well being a former NXT Tag Team Championship as well, so what better way to bring him up to the main roster than as a heel? Despite his character being tailor-made for a babyface, he lacks the personality that he could easily develop as a heel character.

Seeing Bate talk about being vegan whilst being alongside Bryan and Rowan, and how that makes him better than the WWE Universe would be a great way for them to gain easy heat. We have already seen Bryan ridicule the fans for eating hot dogs and being lazy, so adding Bate to the group would also further add to his character as well as the alliance itself.

There are options for so many interesting things, such as Bate throwing vegetables at the audience to prove his point, similar to how The New Day does Booty-O showers.

#3 Drew Gulak

Gulak would make a good addition to the alliance.
Gulak would make a good addition to the alliance.

Drew Gulak is a perfect example of somebody who is currently being wasted on 205 Live despite his immense potential and abilities in the ring. His gimmick of wanting a "Better 205 Live" as well as wanting the exclusive Cruiserweight show to be a "no-fly zone" is something that could easily work on SmackDown if he was to join Bryan and Rowan.

The New Daniel Bryan has already attacked Mustafa Ali to prove a point, due to the fact that Ali reminded Bryan of himself before he had turned heel. Bryan has showcased that he doesn't like watching superstars fly in the air in an attempt to impress the WWE Universe, which is the same mindset that Gulak has.

Imagine Gulak being in the ring with Rowan and Bryan, with the three men presenting a slideshow titled "10 ways to create a better environment". It would be absolutely gold considering the fact that Gulak's presentations of 205 Live have always been a success.

#2 Aiden English

English would be an interesting ally for Bryan.
English would be an interesting ally for Bryan.

The possibility of Aiden English joining Bryan and Rowan is a very interesting one, but it could be the key to bringing back English to SmackDown in a prominent way since his split with Rusev. English is currently a commentator on 205 Live, but he would be a great fit for Bryan's new alliance.

English's talents are singing and entertaining, however when he turned heel on Rusev, it was clear that the WWE Universe gave up on him due to their support for Rusev. The reasoning for English to join the alliance could be the fact that English gives it his all to impress and entertain the crowd with his singing, but society simply just doesn't appreciate his voice.

Aiden English had also performed on the stage from a young age, appearing in many stage performances. The fact that he has worked his entire life in the entertainment scene, only for the fans to reject him could be a great storyline to bring English back to prominence.

#1 Lacey Evans

Could The Lady join the alliance?
Could The Lady join the alliance?

Lacey Evans is currently on her way to the main roster on either Raw or SmackDown as she hasn't been assigned to a brand yet. However, she did have a great showing at the Royal Rumble 2019 where she lasted 29:21 minutes as well as having an intense showdown with Charlotte Flair.

Evans would be a great option to be a part of Bryan's new alliance so that she can represent the Women's division. The SmackDown women's roster consists of females that use unique ways to make themselves look more presentable and stand out more, such as Naomi, Mandy Rose, and Becky Lynch.

But Evans is the complete opposite. With Evans being a former US Marine, she is somebody who goes against everything that many women in the SmackDown roster stand for. Naomi likes to dance to show off her moves, Rose likes to showcase her looks whereas Lynch showcases a straight fire attitude. These are all aspects of the division that Evans despises because she wants to get rid of "societal trash" in the Women's division.

Most importantly, pairing Evans up with Bryan and Rowan would elevate her to a bigger level. It would also give the SmackDown women's division another credible heel to compete against the bigger faces.

Do you agree with any of these options to join The New Daniel Bryan? If not, who else do you think should align themselves with Bryan and Rowan? Sound off your opinions in the comments below!
