We take a trip down into developmental now for our first and only NXT selection – Aleister Black. A few years ago this would’ve seemed like an utterly baffling choice, but after just over six months in NXT, it’s already become crystal clear that Black has the gimmick and in-ring ability to do some great things on the main roster one day.

They’ve even tested him out on European live events already, and that doesn’t happen to everyone. Black has ‘star power’ written all over him and his alternative look is going to gain him an even bigger fan base going forward, and he could just end up being one of the greatest NXT success stories yet.
