#3 Vickie Guerrero

Guerrero was one of the most booed heels in recent WWE history.

There has never been a woman in wrestling history, who was able to get a negative response from the crowd quite like Vickie Guerrero.

With her shrill voice, cry of EXCUSE ME! and occasional flouting of fairness as GM, Guerrero made her own name after being offered a job with the company following the passing of her husband Eddie.

With very little wrestling skill, Guerrero's appearance would presumably be a repeat of last year's, which saw the former GM shriek to all her opponents, before being eliminated.

Even if her appearance at the 2019 Rumble was just the same, it would still be a great spot, and a heartwarming moment for Guerrero, who left the company in 2014.

And who knows, perhaps Vickie could shock the world and get an elimination in this year's Rumble match?
