#4 Aleister Black

Aleister Black came to the main roster earlier this year and while much of that time was spent teaming with Ricochet on Raw and Smackdown Live, he has now been appearing in pre taped segments that hint at a change of gimmick. With that being said, however, one has to wonder why they didn't just stick Black into the Money in the Bank ladder match too.
Seriously though! Ricochet is in, Ali is in, and Andrade, so why not Black? It honestly feels like WWE skipped a beat on this one and are leaving Black, who is legitimately popular with the WWE Universe, out of a career-defining match. Of course, it would be fine if they were actually doing something with him in the meantime, but the company isn't even doing that!
Instead, however, he keeps appearing in pre-taped segments and has yet to have an official challenger for the Money in the Bank pay-per-view yet. Beyond that, he has yet to see much ring time since his split from Ricochet in the Superstar Shake-up, which is another troubling sign for The Dutch Destroyer.
