Ricochet won a match this week on RAW to become the number 1 contender for the United States Championship. I have a feeling that he may just defeat Samoa Joe to win the Championship considering how popular he has become in a short amount of time.
Ricochet's style is such that even those who aren't necessarily wrestling fans will be drawn in by his athleticism and by just how nimble the man is. Which is why he could be in line for a massive push at this point in time, as United States Champion.
One thing that is absolutely guaranteed is that he and Samoa Joe will put on a masterclass at Stomping Grounds. It should be a treat for anyone that enjoys wrestling.
The United States Championship has been relegated for a while now, and it'll be cool to have a strong champion.
