Brock Lesnar has a very bad habit. When people least expect him to, the Beast shows up and just changes the dynamics and the landscape of WWE with his sheer presence.
Case in point, the Money in the Bank pay-per-view, where nobody really thought that he would appear but appear he did, to win the whole thing. And now that everyone believes that WWE TLC 2019 will be a completely Lesnar-free event, Brock Lesnar is certain to show up and remind us why he's the biggest player in the game today.

Imagine if he were to interrupt the match between Bobby Lashley and Rusev, out of nowhere at all. It would be Lesnar telling both men involved in the match that they were in his crosshairs and while they were fighting for Lana (even though Rusev may be over it now), a certain Beast Incarnate wanted a piece of the two of them in the ring.
Rusev vs. Brock Lesnar may be the biggest money match at this stage. Rusev is, by far, the most popular male babyface in WWE today and the crowd would back him in such an encounter.
