With Matt Hardy possibly retiring, there is literally nothing for Bray Wyatt to do on RAW right now. The roster is far too stacked and I daresay that he is not as popular as he once used to be. In my opinion, he could fare much better on SmackDown Live. Especially if he teams up with Luke Harper again.

Wyatt and Harper could spice up the tag team division, by taking on The New Day in a fresh program. It would give the current SmackDown Tag Team Champions new opponents to work against.
