It is clear that the two men are headed towards a match. Rumours suggest that this could well be a steel cage match. Expect this massive match to be made official on RAW this week.

Why a steel cage match you ask? Because Owens has run from Strowman time and again, and with a steel cage around him, he won't be able to.
