#4 Shinsuke Nakamura

Shinsuke Nakamura made waves when he first signed with WWE. The Japanese Superstar was destined for great things and proved why he is regarded as one of the best in the world during his time in NXT.

After two decent reigns as the NXT Champion, fans were excited to watch the Superstar move to the ‘main roster’ and win the Royal Rumble soon after. After his loss to AJ Styles at WrestleMania 34 in a WWE Championship match, Nakamura turned heel and it all went downhill for him from thereon.

Nakamura has won the United States Championship and the Intercontinental Championship during his time on RAW and SmackDown, but he has failed to win the top title.

During his time in New Japan Pro Wrestling, he competed against Brock Lesnar in an IWGP World Heavyweight Championship match which he lost after a strong showing. He then paired up with Lesnar a month later to take on the team of Akebono & Riki Choshu.

With that in mind, WWE fans are interested in watching Nakamura rise to prominence again and battle against Lesnar inside the WWE ring. If Nakamura and Lesnar continue to wrestle for the next 3 or 4 years, then a match between the two will be inevitable as one man will be holding a top title at some time while another will be the number one contender.
