The biggest match on last week’s WWE NXT saw Finn Balor team up with Undisputed ERA’s Roderick Strong and Kyle O’Reilly to take on Pete Dunne and the NXT Tag Team Champions.

Balor, Strong, and O’Reilly set their differences aside and worked well until the final moments of the match when Adam Cole appeared to attack Balor and KOR. In the chaos that ensued, Balor ended up planting Strong with a Pele Kick by mistake.

Dunne found an opening and hit the Bitter End on The Prince of NXT to pick up a huge victory. After the dust settled, Cole once again attacked Balor and held his NXT Championship high above his head.

This week on NXT, WWE must first put Balor up against Strong. Strong was trying to calm the storm between Balor and KOR but fell prey to a Pele Kick from the Champion. Strong must call out the NXT Champion and turn heel after the two men exchange some words.

Strong works best as a heel in WWE, and he could be turned heel to support Cole once again, while Balor and KOR can continue to work together for some time in NXT.
