#4 RETRIBUTION attack The New Day on WWE RAW
During the first night of the WWE Draft, Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods returned to reunite The New Day with Big E. The duo had a great first night back as they defeated Cesaro and Shinsuke Nakamura to win the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships.
However, their celebrations were short-lived as Stephanie McMahon soon announced that Kofi and Woods would be moving to WWE RAW, while Big E would remain on SmackDown. This effectively ended The New Day’s run in the company that lasted several years.
This week on RAW, Kofi and Woods should get a match against a RAW tag team to cement their position on the roster. After the match, RETRIBUTION, led by Mustafa Ali, could come out and attack RAW's latest acquisitions.
Ali and Kofi have an interesting history, and fans spotted it immediately after Ali was revealed as the leader of RETRIBUTION. Kofi and Woods could even form an unlikely alliance with The Hurt Business down the line to take on RETRIBUTION at Survivor Series next month in a huge match.
