The Shield is one of the most successful WWE stables of all time. And the highly-anticipated reunion almost happened at TLC, but unfortunately, fate had other plans. Roman Reigns fell ill and was replaced by Kurt Angle in the match. Even though the exact date of his return to the ring is still uncertain, the seeds were planted on Raw for a possible The New Day v/s The Shield match at Survivor Series.
The fans have their fingers crossed for a Shield reunion and Survivor Series should witness the birth of 'The Shield 2.0'. WWE is equally desperate to make the reunion happen as soon as possible.
