#4 Should happen: Seth Rollins and Buddy Murphy retain their Tag Team Championships

They deserve to be the champions for a little longer

Seth Rollins found an unlikely partner in Buddy Murphy and the two of them went on to defeat the Viking Raiders to win the RAW Tag Team Championships. It definitely looked like a strange decision at first. When Rollins’ entire character change was first introduced, it was the Authors of Pain who were expected to dominate the tag team division on the Red brand.

Instead, Rollins and Murphy teamed up and quickly got their hands on the gold with the AOP watching their back. The two Superstars are now set to defend their titles against Street Profits who were irked by the behaviour of the Champions. It is, however, better for both the teams involved if Rollins and Murphy retain their title at Riyadh.

It would be better for the business if the Street Profits fail to utilize the opportunity this week. They will then be prompted to continue their feud with Rollins and Murphy in the coming weeks. Barring their short feud with The OC, the Street Profits haven’t had any credible rivalries on the Red brand and this could be the chance to change that.
