While the match was enjoyable, watching neither the female MITB competitors nor Styles and Nakamura implode didn't really set the tone for MITB. The women worked well as a unit and even after the match, they hugged and acted as a team.
Two women losing their cool or if one was trying to show the rest why she is better would have made things interesting. All they did after the match was surround Asuka and stare at each other.

About the author
Kishan Prasad
Kishan is a WWE writer at Sportskeeda Wrestling and has been associated with the division for 8.5 years. Even though he doesn't work at Sportskeeda on a full-time basis, writing about wrestling keeps his passion for the sport alive. He reports on important updates from wrestlers and rumors from trustworthy sources.
Kishan recalls the best match he witnessed when he was just 6 – the Hell in a Cell Match at Armageddon 2000. Watching the six men push each other to their limits and then some made him realize how incredible pro wrestling is.
He graduated as a Chemical Engineer a few years before he began his journey with Sportskeeda. A couple of years as a non-contracted writer for the website became a full-time opportunity that included managing the pro wrestling division.
Kishan's favorite wrestler is Triple H, as he can pull him into any storyline. In today's era, one can call him a Seth "Freakin" Rollins fan for the same reason. When he is not writing for Sportskeeda, Kishan works as a digital marketing professional.
