#2: Move back to PG 14

One of the biggest reasons behind WWE's success during the Atttitude Era was the trash talking Rock. The Rock couldn't be the same in the PG Era of WWE. A lot of disses will have to be dialed down for the family audiences.
WWE was known to be the edgy content that young adults and the working class loved. In the last ten years or so, fans have lost interest due to WWE's changed direction. The move towards making it a more kid friendly show led to several fans losing interest.
The Rock, Stone Cold Steve Austin, DX,etc. were gimmicks which were highly successful due to their brash nature. They captivated audiences worldwide and became household names. At that time, WWE WAS the pop culture, as opposed to today.
WWE's failure to create main-event superstars boils down to scripted promos and repetitive stuff. Get rid of it and see the shows prosper.
