It's no secret that NXT and TakeOvers put out the best matches out of every program in WWE. In NXT, the storylines often make sense, champions are presented as legitimate fighters and the matches are thrilling.
Many people have described Vince McMahon as someone who is out of touch, and since Vince has the final say on everything produced in WWE, it's understandable for him to be held accountable for all the atrocious stuff that takes place on TV today.

Many NXT Superstars get placed in meaningless storylines and angles after being called up on the main roster. Everything is micromanaged and it's exhausting to go through five hours of WWE programming every week.
NXT, on the other hand, aired for only one-hour on the WWE Network every week before moving to USA Network in late 2019. That made it easy to digest and it left fans wanting to see more.
While WWE usually hosts 12 PPVs a year with about eight matches on each card, Triple H's NXT has not more than five TakeOvers annually with a few matches. While Vince McMahon has a great business mindset, his booking decisions are questionable, giving Triple H another advantage.
