Vince McMahon is a very busy man and as such, he doesn't have the time to keep up to date with everything that goes on in the wrestling business outside of WWE. Triple H, on the other hand, watches the competition and follows what happens in the industry closely.

That way, he is aware of who the hottest wrestlers are and who could be a good fit for WWE. Triple H even offered The Young Bucks and Kenny Omega a contract to join WWE in 2018, but they turned it down.

The Game even watches All Elite Wrestling, which isn't much of a surprise. It's hard to imagine Vince McMahon doing the same. Triple H was a professional wrestler himself, so he takes the business seriously.

Keeping up to date with modern wrestling enabled The Game to establish NXT UK, Cruiserweight Classics, and the Mae Young Classics, which featured performers from all over the world.

Vince McMahon made WWE into the global phenomenon it is today, but in order for the company to return to its former glory, the proverbial 'passing of the torch' may be the only way for that to happen.
