#4 Let go of part-timers

WWE has a lot of part-timers like John Cena

Part-timers are the most intelligent workers of the pro-wrestling business. They work the least and earn the most. Surely, they have a rich legacy to reach that stature, but still, it doesn't help the case.

WWE looks at it as a brilliant business model. Make a couple of wrestlers fight ten times a year and make millions out of it. What they don't realize is that they are falling into their own trap. How will you make future stars if you can't let go of the past?

Would the Women's Revolution be possible if they didn't let go of their past? Charlotte, Sasha Banks, Bayley, Naomi, Becky Lynch and other female wrestlers would have remained underutilized if it weren't so. Something similar is happening with the male roster. None of the NXT call-ups are able to replicate their run on the main roster.

If WWE continues with this tactic, don't get surprised to see Johnny Gargano, Ricochet, Adam Cole and others suffer the same fate.
