Most of the fans will agree that the promos and storylines are getting less compelling as it used to be earlier. No one other than the scriptwriters are to be blamed.

Whose idea was it to give Asuka and Shinsuke Nakamura cut promos in English? They should have realized after one promo that the fans won't engage in it. Moreover, the anti-authority storyline of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn didn't have the same zeal as that of CM Punk and Daniel Bryan. Again, who should step forward to take the responsibility?

These storylines could have helped them cementing their legacy in the WWE main roster. Alas, WWE laid waste to it. With PG restrictions imposed on them, they can't replicate the 'Attitude Era.' But, at least there should be some life on them. If Vince McMahon knows what is best for business, then it is better WWE produces some better storylines.
