Seth Rollins
Seth Rollins used the Curb Stomp to great effect in 2014-17, but Vince McMahon felt that the move was too easy for kids to imitate, leading to unfortunate accidents. Rollins then began to use the Pedigree and also replaced the move with the Ripcord Knee. In early 2018, Seth Rollins surprisingly brought the move back and has used it on several occasions ever since then.
"When it came down to it, I just went and asked him a few years later. I said, 'Hey look, I want to do this. Give me reasons not to and I will tell you why you're wrong and hopefully, we can meet in the middle.' He was on my side, I caught him on a good day. Luckily it's back and hopefully, it's not going anywhere."

Thankfully, Vince McMahon allowed Rollins to use the finisher, and thus it was brought back. Rollins has used the move to bag major title belts, including his Universal title win over Brock Lesnar. The move has always garnered a huge pop and there are many fans who are happy with Vince McMahon unbanning it.

Given the opportunity to script WWE’s next big storyline, Abhilash would treat fans to the second installment of The Bloodline Civil War. He would book Roman Reigns to re-form The Bloodline with The Usos and Sami Zayn upon his comeback. The angle would see The Tribal Chief-led group go head-to-head with The Rock, Solo Sikoa, Tama Tonga, and Jacob Fatu in a blockbuster family feud.
