Shelton Benjamin became the 100th 24/7 Champion on the July 20th edition of Monday Night RAW. Benjamin joined The Hurt Business as they helped him capture the WWE 24/7 Championship from R-Truth in a backstage segment that night.
If the 24/7 title needs a bit of legitimacy at this point, Benjamin could accomplish the same by pinning R-Truth at Clash of Champions. The Hurt Business and RETRIBUTION's recurring brawls on RAW were an important highlight of the show.
If Benjamin successfully pins R-Truth for the 24/7 title at Clash of Champions, he may have to fend off more goons from RETRIBUTION on next week's episode.
