#3 Seth Rollins brutalizes Aleister Black

Seth Rollins came out to the middle on WWE RAW after his 'Eye for an Eye' match against Rey Mysterio at Extreme Rules where he managed to gouge out Mysterio’s eye.

With Murphy by his side, The Monday Night Messiah blamed the WWE Universe for his actions against Mysterio and held them responsible for the WWE legend losing his eye.

He did not feel any guilt or remorse and instead felt that it was something that needed to be done to progress. Aleister Black walked out to confront The Messiah and soon a match between the two men was set.

Rollins battled through the injuries he’d sustained at Extreme Rules while Black was the fresher Superstar from RAW who did not compete at the event. He managed to hit Rollins with a Black Mass but Murphy managed to save him from the pin by sacrificing himself once again.

Aleister Black was taken down for the greater good of WWE RAW

The Messiah ducked Black’s third Black Mass attempt and hit him with a couple of Superkicks. He later hit The Dutch Destroyer with the Stomp and picked up the victory. After the match, Murphy and Rollins attacked Black and injured his hand to send another message to the WWE Universe.

While Black is much better than what he is getting on WWE RAW, it seems like this segment was needed to make Rollins the most despicable man in the entire locker room.

WWE could have used Humberto Carrillo in Black’s place, but it seems like they are building towards something for the future with this one.
