#1 Xavier Woods put on a phenomenal show against Bobby Lashley inside Hell in a Cell on WWE RAW
Early on WWE RAW, Bobby Lashley arrived with MVP by his side to celebrate his victory over Drew McIntyre at Hell in a Cell. The New Day interrupted their celebration, and Kofi Kingston demanded a shot at the WWE Championship.
Lashley accepted the challenge and also asked Xavier Woods to face him inside Hell in a Cell on RAW. Woods agreed and the two men met inside the steel structure for the final match of the night.

This was arguably the biggest singles match of Woods’ career in WWE. He tried his best to get the better of Lashley and delivered some top moves. Sadly, he was no match for Lashley’s size and power and could not keep going for long.
Woods grabbed a kendo stick late in the match and unloaded on the WWE Champion. He even hit a diving elbow, but could not put The All Mighty away
Lashley sent Woods into a steel chair that was wedged into a corner and then cut him in half with a Spear. Finally, he applied the Hurt Lock to pick up the submission victory.
MVP locked Kofi outside the cage and forced him to watch as Lashley continued to punish his partner after the bell. It was an incredible match to end RAW. Woods turned out to be the perfect opponent for The All Mighty and gave him a chance to perform against a completely different superstar.
It turned out to be one of the best episodes of RAW this year. Lashley faced an opponent who was resourceful and did not give up until the end. WWE needs to continue booking more of such matches in the future.
