Brock Lesnar was supposed to cash in his MITB contract on Seth Rollins for the Universal Title last night. In fact, he was at the arena and gave Seth Rollins a mauling after Baron Corbin already weakened the WWE Universal Champion with an End of Days.

Lesnar came to the ring and low-blowed Rollins before smashing his back bloody with a steel chair. Paul Heyman was pleading the Beast to cash in his contract but the Beast didn’t, suggesting that he will save it for Friday.

Stephanie McMahon had earlier announced that she would punish Lesnar for making a mockery of the MITB contract. And now that Lesnar brutalized Rollins without cashing in, something tells me that Lesnar is going to kayfabe regret it. Either his cash-in fails at Super Showdown or he loses the contract to someone else (maybe in the 50-man Battle Royal).

Time will tell.
