Amidst all the chaos and confusion it looks like the WWE will go ahead with the WWE Crown Jewel pay-per-view in Saudi Arabia. The pressure has been mounting on the company to pull out of the agreement they struck with the crown prince due to recent events.

WWE Crown Jewel is shaping up to be a mega event with the Brothers of Destruction reuniting to face D-Generation X and the Universal Title and the WWE Championship also being defended during the event. WWE has also announced a WWE World Cup tournament to crown the best in the world.

Rey Mysterio, who returned to WWE in Smackdown 1000, will be in the mix as well. The company is hell-bent on making the event a grand success and there are a few things that the company can do to ensure that WWE Crown Jewel will go down as a memorable event.

Here are the 5 things WWE should do at Crown Jewel to make the show a huge success.

#5 Reduce the length of the show

WWE Should Reduce The Length of the Show
WWE Should Reduce The Length of the Show

One of the biggest complaints the fans have regarding events put on by WWE is the fact that the shows go on for too long including the pre-show. WWE usually puts on events that could total up to seven to eight hours which takes away the significance of the events headlining bouts.

While WWE wants to put on as many matches as possible while giving the top stars the opportunity to perform, they would be better served by reducing the length of WWE Crown Jewel considering the fact that women won't be performing on the card. Putting on an event that would end by the five-hour mark would indeed help the fans and the organization.

#4 The Miz gets involved in the Championship match

Daniel Bryan defeated the Miz in what was an underwhelming bout in Australia earlier this month, and will now face AJ Styles for the WWE title at crown jewel. WWE hasn't done enough justice during their current feud but they can rectify this by booking a triple threat match between AJ Styles, Daniel Bryan and The Miz heading into the Royal Rumble next year and book a WWE title bout between Bryan and the A-Lister at WrestleMania.

For this to happen, The Miz needs to get involved in the WWE title bout to Crown Jewel. The A-lister is currently scheduled to participate in the WWE World Cup tournament.

The Miz is arguably one of the best performers in the company. He deserves a better spot on the card and could make a statement by costing Daniel Bryan the WWE title at the event.

#3 Book John Cena to win WWE World cup Tournament

Cena has done it all in the WWE. The 16-time world champion has openly admitted that his days as a full-time performer are over and that he is looking into other projects. However, Cena has made it clear that his loyalty lies with the WWE and that he would be back whenever called upon by Vince McMahon.

Cena returned to WWE for the trip down under earlier this month and will be travelling to Saudi Arabia for WWE Crown Jewel. Cena might not win a world title again in the company but he deserves to be the first superstar to win the world cup tournament and be called the best in the world.

For years Cena has carried the company on his shoulders and has undoubtedly been a great ambassador for pro-wrestling. It would only be fitting for John to win the tournament next month.

#2 The Universal Title or the WWE title Changing hands

Roman Reigns as Universal Champion

One of the things that make pay-per-views memorable apart from the compelling storylines and in-ring action is a title change. The Universal title will be defended as Roman Reigns will put it up for grabs against Brock Lesnar and Braun Strowman in a triple threat match. The WWE title will also be defended at the event as AJ Styles will take on Daniel Bryan.

Styles has held onto the title for a considerable period and it might be time for the superstar to drop the championship. The Phenomenal One is one of the best workers in the world today, but the fans would want to change in the title picture. WWE might be tempted to put the WWE Championship on the bearded superstar.

No matter what happens at Crown Jewel the WWE management should think about booking a title change and freshening up things on Raw and SmackDown.

#1 Turn Dean Ambrose Heel

Years after WWE initially teased an Ambrose heel turn we find ourselves at a similar juncture. The Lunatic Fringe has been left disenchanted with his brothers-in-arms.

Roman is the reigning Universal champion and Seth is the current Intercontinental Champion; Ambrose has become the odd member left out.

We already know that Dean could be a devious heel and his character also has the dark undertones needed for a heel.

Ambrose resisted the urge at Super Showdown, but he needs to turn heel at crown jewel. He could even cost Roman Reigns the universal title. A feud between Reigns and Ambrose would be entertaining and could finally give Ambrose the rub he deserves.
