#2 Murphy and Aalyah take their relationship to the next level on WWE SmackDown

WWE SmackDown’s new couple Murphy and Aalyah came out to the ring and looked to apologize to Rey and Dominik Mysterio. Murphy realized that all that he’d done to the Mysterio family was wrong, and he wanted to apologize for his actions.

He asked for Rey and Dominik Mysterio to come out, but Seth Rollins answered the call instead. The Savior of SmackDown ran his mouth as usual and told Murphy that the Mysterios would never forgive or accept him.

However, he told Murphy that he was ready to forgive and accept him if he was ready to apologize to him. Rollins tried to get under their skin but Dominik came out to attack The Messiah. Murphy pulled Dominik away and started beating down Rollins himself. This led to a fight between The Juggernaut and Dominik.

Rey Mysterio entered the picture and set up to hit a 619 but Aalyah stopped him in his tracks. She told her father and brother that she loved Murphy and refused to leave with them.

This was an incredible segment on SmackDown that took the story on a whole new level. Rollins smiling at the end of it all shows that it could all be going according to The Messiah’s plans.

The only cringe-worthy part was the kiss between the young Aalyah and the much older Murphy.
