5 things WWE subtly told us at Survivor Series

Clean Sweep!
Clean Sweep!

Survivor Series is now behind us and in the history books. Despite all that transpired for the brands during this brand versus brand show, the show had its own high and low moments. From Charlotte Flair taking down Ronda Rousey after the match to the performance by Brock Lesnar and the resilience by Daniel Bryan, we all saw a good set of performances from the wrestlers of both brands.

The show also saw some unexpected guests in the form of Enzo Amore, and it also raised speculations that he was coming back to the WWE soon. While that was speculation, the fact that we did see Seth Rollins put on a great match against Shinsuke Nakamura was a reality. There were a lot of winners and losers during the pay-per-view, but the biggest loser was SmackDown that lost all their matches to the wrestlers on Raw.

While we shall discuss the reasons why Raw got a clean sweep, here are 5 things that the WWE told us at Survivor Series:

#5 Ronda Rousey will have a match with Charlotte Flair at WrestleMania 35

Who gets the last laugh?
Who gets the last laugh?

Charlotte Flair came into this match with the least time to prepare against the 'Baddest Woman On the Planet,' but her performance was way too good. She did what she always does, and that is steal the show.

Her match with Ronda Rousey was filled with a lot of ups and downs, but it was Ronda Rousey that got the win for her brand. This snapped 'The Queen' who laid a sadistic attack on Ronda Rousey with kendo sticks and chairs. With TLC the next pay-per-view by the WWE, we may see these two square off in the ring in a chairs match, and if the feud isn't able to reach its course, we may see them take it up to WrestleMania 35.

A lot of fans had speculated that we may see Ronda Rousey versus Becky Lynch at the Shows Of Shows, but with this attack, it looks like Charlotte Flair will be fighting the current Raw Women's Champion down the line.

#4 Enzo Amore may be coming back

Enzo Amore appeared in shocking fashion at Survivor Series and was escorted out of the building after fans were able to spot him in the second row.

While it would have been a great idea if he would have stayed in the audience seat and watched the show, instead, the former WWE Superstar caused disturbance during AOP vs The Bar match, and that led to the security making him leave. There are reports that a fan was injured in the incident and also the fact that Staples Center has banned Enzo Amore from attending future events.

This may come as a surprise to a lot of people, but with the claims on Enzo Amore not being proved, it is a possibility that the company would be planning to bring him back because the charges are up in the air.

This would be a great way to make his presence felt, and while some speculate that this was done to promote Enzo's show today in the same area, the fact that he has done a similar activity during WrestleMania during a feud with Mojo Rawley, we may see him return to the WWE soon.

#3 Nia Jax isn't going to be punished because of what she did to Becky Lynch

Nia Jax became the sole survivor for Team Raw Women's Division, and that got us thinking if Nia Jax would be granted her legitimate opportunity.

After the turn of events, last week on Raw, speculations had started coming that she may not be given the opportunity as she de-railed a powerful storyline, and her push may also stop. After the result this Sunday at Survivor Series it seems like the company has put all the speculations to rest.

Nia Jax became the sole survivor for Team Raw, and now it looks like the company is trying to build her as a strong and fierce competitor who can win a battle royal against women from the WWE and her rival brand. This also proves that she is the most dominant female performer, and when you are fighting the most powerful women in the WWE, or may I say,'The Baddest Woman on the Planet' you should be the best at what you do.

This feud will be 'Best For Business.'

#2 The Miz and Jeff Hardy to feud soon (Miz remains a Heel)

The Miz was the captain of Team SmackDown, and the team lost to Team Raw. After the loss, the 'Awesome' superstar spoke to Mike Rome backstage and put the blame of the loss on Jeff Hardy and Rey Mysterio.

The two decorated superstars were a part of the men's team for the blue brand, but after failing to get the win, the captain blamed his teammates and that despite a lot of attempts makes him a heel. He is the best heel the company has at the moment, and it would be a great way to have him feud with 'The Charismatic Enigma' Jeff Hardy.

The high-flyer had no relevant feud before, and if he isn't put into a feud with some relevant superstar, his story will become the same as it was before Survivor Series. While Rey Mysterio is already in a story with Randy Orton, making Jeff Hardy feud with The Miz would raise the stakes of wrestling on the blue brand.

Raw got a clean sweep at Survivor Series. Let that Sink In!

Survivor Series is a pay-per-view where we see wrestlers fight it out for brand supremacy, but it sounded like this year the results were a bit different, because unlike what we would have expected the Smackdown Team didn't win any match on the main show.

While The Usos did win for the brand during the kick-off, the decision makers didn't count that win, and that is why we had a 6-0 report at the show, where Raw got all the wins.

This was really alarming as no-one would have expected this as the result of the pay-per-view, but the result really gave the fans a reason to talk about while Stephanie McMahon would be all smiles.

After the show, Baron Corbin sent out a tweet stating that cheaters never prosper, and Shane McMahon sent out a tweet hinting at possible changes. This means that the week will be full of surprises and we would see a lot go down this week on Raw and Smackdown.
