WWE emanated this week's episode of Monday Night Raw from Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, WI, and the show was really an awesome episode from the get-go. The segment involving Baron Corbin, Drew McIntyre, Bobby Lashley, and Elias was super awesome. This segment and the following match really set the tone for a great show this week on Monday night.

While this was the top segment for the show, what transpired right after it was a low segment involving Lucha House Party. The Revival is the best tag team on the roster, and it would be great if they are given the option to fight with the tag team champions for the title.

Instead, the company has decided otherwise, and the same was visible when they were put into a match with Lucha House Party.

The episode showcased new responsibilities and new possibilities, and also some subtle hints.

In this article, we look at 5 things WWE told us subtly during the show.

#5 Alexa Bliss isn't returning to in-ring action soon

There were a lot of rumors in the past which indicated that current injuries would keep Alexa Bliss out of in-ring action, and it seems like the company just confirmed it to the WWE Universe.

After the opening segment, we saw Baron Corbin talking to Alexa Bliss, and he offered her an opportunity to be in-charge of the Raw Women's division.

This means that Alexa Bliss will be involved in some powerful storylines, and until she is fit to compete, she will continue to oversee the women's division as the authority in-charge, and going by the looks of what transpired in the women's division this week, a lot shall happen in weeks to come.

#4 Chad Gable and Bobby Roode will be the next Tag Team Title Challengers

This week we saw Drake Maverick pee on The Glorious One's robe, and it really was the worst segment both match-wise and due to the act performed.

The fact that Drake Maverick took out his frustrations on Bobby Roode confirms that he would try to take down the manager of AOP, and in turn get a title shot, which will be won by the team at Royal Rumble.

This would also start a good storyline in the tag team division which has been dormant over the past few weeks, and we would get to see Bobby Roode with championship gold around his waist, along with his tag team partner Chad Gable.

This would be a great way to bring The Revival into the tag team title picture, only if the company could incorporate a championship storyline down the road.

#3 Ruby Riott would cost Nia Jax the championship opportunity

Ruby Riott and 'The Riott Squad' came ringside when Ronda Rousey was busy addressing Nia Jax's claims of winning the championship from The Baddest Woman On The Planet at WWE TLC.

We all know that Ronda Rousey has improved significantly over the past few months due to an assist from Paul Heyman, and has impressed with her promos. While the current Raw Women's Champion was busy addressing the claims of 'The Irresistible Force', the members of the dominant group came down and attacked Natalya as she made her way to the ring.

During the match at WWE TLC, this factor could come into play, and we may see Nia Jax lose her opportunity due to this distraction, thus starting a good feud after WWE TLC, and leading to a worthy contender for Ronda Rousey's title in the process.

#2 A Triple Threat Match will determine the #1 contender for the Universal Championship

Elias has been a surprise since he turned babyface, and the wrestlers' work has been top-notch since that turn. While he was also impressive as a heel, his gimmick is still fresh, and it has the fans involved.

During WWE Starrcade, Elias' performance was the most loved and 'must-see' segment from the men's division, and this week it was no different. The Performer cut a wonderful promo on the acting Raw General Manager, and it is a possibility that in the weeks to come, we may see him fight with Drew McIntyre and Bobby Lashley to determine the #1 contender for the Universal Championship.

While 'The Scottish Psychopath' and 'The Dominator' are the most worthy choices, and the fan favourite options to challenge 'The Beast Incarnate' for the title, if WWE shocks everyone and makes Elias the #1 contender, it would be a great idea.

#1 Finn Balor challenges Baron Corbin with a championship opportunity and job on the line

This week on Raw we saw the acting Raw General Manager and his formidable foe Finn Balor square off in the ring. While the match was first considered to be a one on one match, the same was changed to a 2-on-1 handicap match by Baron Corbin.

The destruction caused due to this change has given us a clear understanding that the company would be looking to put Finn Balor back on the map. He was the first Universal Champion who never lost the title, and it would be great to see him back in the Universal Championship storyline, because the leader of the 'Balor Club' deserves it.

With Baron Corbin's job on the line, he would do everything in his power to save it, but knowing Finn Balor's resilience, we know he will win the title opportunity, and also the Universal Championship at Royal Rumble.
