Sami Zayn played the part of the coward perfectly during the WWE Intercontinental Championship match in the main event of SmackDown. But as he made his way up the SmackDown ramp, his fellow WWE Superstar Apollo Crews would run down and tackle him to the floor.
Whether it's a contest that plays out on an episode of SmackDown as a featured match, or is an extended feud that goes all the way until the WWE Royal Rumble, expect to see a Sami Zayn vs. Apollo Crews match sooner than later.

Look who just shut down all of Tony Khan's critics! More HERE.
remember very early into the ✨pandemic wrestling✨ era when apollo crews wrestled aleister black for 28 minutes on wwf monday night raw?
This is definitely a program that Apollo Crews needs a lot more than Sami Zayn does at this point, because of where he is in the SmackDown roster.
WWE has been very hot and cold with regard to Apollo Crews and he does need someone who can put him on the map once again, like Sami Zayn.
Ever since his feud with Bobby Lashley, Crews has just fallen off the face of the earth, hasn't he?
