In the closing match of the night, AJ Styles defended his WWE Championship match against Jinder Mahal. AJ Styles won the match after Jinder Mahal submitted to the Calf Crusher.

During the twenty-second minute of the match, Jinder delivered a perfect Khallas to Styles and covered him for a pinfall. Styles was able to kick out, but the referee’s count of three appeared a bit longer than the usual.
