5 times John Cena wasn't a good guy

John Cena. The rainbow-clothed warrior who stands up for all that is good and right in this world, right? The ultimate babyface to whom the words Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect are more than just a mantra or a catchphrase. The incorruptible man who can do no wrong. Correct? Well, no.

Even through his mammoth run of over a decade as the ultimate good guy, Mr Big Match John has done some pretty detestable things. Things that even most heels would think twice about. Unfortunately, kids, Mr Cena doesn't have a heart of gold at all times as the WWE would like you to believe.

Today, we're here to look at some of the worst things The Leader of the Cenation has done in his career as babyface supreme. So, without any further ado, here is our list of 5 times John Cena wasn't a good guy:

#5) Making Paul Heyman eat soap

We all know Paul Heyman loves to run his mouth and to be fair, that's his forte. It's what he's good at and the whole world knows it. Apparently, John Cena though is not The Advocate's biggest fan. In fact, he went so far as to try and stuff Mr Paulie Dangerously's mouth - quite literally.

Mr Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect had enough of Mr Heyman running his mouth and decided the best of course action would be stuff his mouth with soap. You know, that poisonous substance you aren't supposed to eat. Good work, John.

#4) The I Quit matches against JBL and Batista

The whole point of I Quit matches is to beat your opponent so badly that they utter the words "I Quit". Already, this isn't the best kind of match for the so-called ultimate babyface. But, Cena decided to take things one step further on two separate occasions.

Both against Batista and JBL, Cena forced his opponent to quit when he had them in dangerous positions. Instead of letting things go at that point, he proceeded to perform the savage act after they had quit anyway.

#3) Beating an exhausted Rey Mysterio for the WWE Championship

When CM Punk walked out of the company with the WWE Championship at WWE Money in the Bank 2011, a tournament to crown a new champion was introduced. With Cena unable to compete due to being fired, Rey Mysterio overcame the odds to win the title.

What followed was The Doctor of Thuganomics making his return, announcing that he wasn't actually fired and facing off against Rey Rey less than two hours later in order to beat him for the gold.

#2) Filming and blackmailing Vickie Guerrero

What does John Cena do when he wants a shot at the WWE Championship? Well, apparently he films Vickie Guerrero having an affair with The Big Show and then blackmails her to give him the title shot.

If that wasn't bad enough or illegal enough, he proceeded to play the footage live on air anyway, breaking his end of the blackmail deal. Is this how someone honourable behaves when they don't get their way?

#1) Stealing Zack Ryder's girlfriend

John Cena and Zack Ryder used to be really good friends. And, when Kane went after Big Match John in the Embrace the Hate storyline, he did it by attacking Ryder and confining him to a wheelchair. But hey, at least Zack still had his girlfriend, Eve, right?

Well, no. You see, John Cena saved her from Kane, and then proceeded to kiss her right in front of his so-called best friend. Yeah, great best-friend move, John.
