#4 Shinsuke Nakamura
Shinsuke Nakamura has just dropped down the card continuously since winning the Royal Rumble in 2018 and then losing every title shot he had against AJ Styles. Despite winning the US Championship, Nakamura was given little to do with it before losing.
The King of Strong Style can't be happy with being booked as an afterthought and it looks like Vince McMahon just isn't a fan. However, despite that, there's no chance Vince lets Nakamura leave and join the competition.
#3 The Revival
The Revival were vocal in public about their spot on the card and how they felt WWE disrespected tag-team wrestling. Despite being the RAW Tag-Team Champions now, I'm pretty sure Dash and Dawson still have their eyes on the exit door.
Dash publicly hinted at being unhappy on Twitter some time ago when he revealed that someday The Revival would face The Young Bucks.
