As a company, would you like to allow your top employee to work with your rival firm? No company does it. But WWE allowed it in the case of Brock Lesnar. They permitted Brock to work with their competitor UFC in the UFC 200 episode and he competed against Mark Hunt in a winning effort.
This is truly remarkable as this shows the face value Brock has among the wrestling circles and how WWE would want to leverage it. Brock emerged victorious in this once in a blue moon cross-company bout and improved his UFC winning record.
