5 ways Batista versus Triple H could be built heading to WrestleMania 35

Is Evolution over for good?

'The Animal' is back.

Batista returned to the WWE after a hiatus and has already caused a lot of havoc backstage. The Animal dragged Ric Flair backstage, issuing a stern warning to the WWE COO before Triple H went backstage to check on the 16-time World Champion, Ric Flair.

The match between Batista and Triple H was already pitched by the WWE during SmackDown's 1000th episode, and now with Batista attacking Ric Flair during the closing segments of Raw, it is confirmed that the match between Hunter and the Animal will indeed take place.

With WrestleMania 35 just 5 weeks away, the company didn't make it a long story, but instead, they cut to the chase so that the entertainment is at full swing. This is the way Triple H likes to do stories, where the crux is instantly shared, and the fans get their value for money.

It is this precision towards the storylines that have made NXT the hottest brand in professional wrestling. With a lot happening in the field of professional wrestling, and a host of options available, the company needs to push stories pertaining to the Grandest Stage of them all, and the company has started off the same this week.

So without further ado, let's take a look at the way this match will be built until WrestleMania 35.

#5 Triple H and Ric Flair address Batista (04 March)

Who's the Daddy?
Who's the Daddy?

It's no secret that Triple H will address the condition of Ric Flair next week on Raw, after which the speculations will run high about the match taking place. It is a possibility that even Ric Flair will address Batista, and the two will dig deep to find flaws during their time in Evolution to make this storyline interesting.

We know that these three can pull off any story with ease, and this one will be no different.

#4 Batista addresses his Evolution mates (11 March)

Ask and you shall receive
Ask and you shall receive

Batista hinted at this fight a few months back, and it looks like the company has finally decided to take it forward. This is also an indication that Triple H is ready to compete and will be a part of the wrestling extravaganza in April. With Triple H and Ric Flair already firing shots at the Animal, it would be the latter's turn.

This also means that the company will put forth some action, as the time for talk will be over, and Fastlane will be in the books. The next stop for the company would be the grandest stage, and they wouldn't refrain from making any decision that will raise the stakes of the match, and provide the fans with entertainment.

We can expect Triple H and Ric Flair to walk down the ramp and take a cheap shot at the returning Batista. After all, The Dirtiest Player in The Game is playing 'The Game.'

#3 Who gets the first shot? (18 March)

The tides have turned, and the roles have been reversed, and a Hollywood performer performing better than the WWE COO would make a great recipe for an amazing match, and the company will ensure that the returning Animal fires the first shot on his nemesis. This would infuriate the WWE COO and 16-time world champion who would be ready to take down the Animal in any way possible.

With Triple H calling the shots in the company, there is a huge possibility that there will be few ways for Batista to enter the arena, which will serve as the reason for an assault by The Authority.

We know that this angle can turn into a personal one in quick time, and let's hope it doesn't feel dragged, because the time on hand is little for the company, and they need to play their cards well.

#2 Contract signing with wrestling careers on the line (25 March)

Ric Flair has been pivotal in any storyline he has been in, and this one is no different. The master of Evolution was at SmackDown 1000 where the seeds of this fight were sown, and it is confirmed that these two powerhouses wanted to tear the house down during the episode. It was Ric Flair who made the save and asked them to hug it out.

Despite the hugs, the tension was never out of the question, and it seems like the company will now make it a match with the respective wrestling careers on the line. This will ensure that we have a good match because neither of them would like to lose at the grandest stage of them all.

Batista has already shown his interest to return, and Triple H likes to make occasional appearances. This will be a recipe for a good fight.

#1 An all-out brawl (1 April)

Brawl it out

This will be a brawl, and let's face it, while the episode will air on April Fool's day, you shouldn't be fooled with the work that these two amazing performers will do to hype this feud.

A brawl in the parking lot, media interviews, or some other event will definitely be a part of this story. Expect so many firecrackers during the build-up that the final episode of Raw before WrestleMania will see these two fight it out any place they see fit.

A brawl between them would not only raise the stakes of the match, but also the overall storyline. This is what you want in the first place, and it seems like WWE will stir things up to make this match the second most talked about one during WrestleMania.

No one would deny this storyline, and we would be in for a treat.
