#3: Ronda Rousey returns and immediately gets involved in the WWE RAW or SmackDown Women's title scene

After Becky Lynch vacated her WWE RAW Women's Championship back in May 2020, Asuka was given the title since The Empress of Tomorrow had won the women's Money in the Bank ladder match. Asuka has successfully managed to hold on to the RAW Women's title, even to this day.

Meanwhile, Bayley's record-breaking reign as the WWE SmackDown Women's Champion came to an end at the hands of her former best friend, Sasha Banks, in a Hell in a Cell match last year.

While winning the Royal Rumble match would justify Ronda Rousey's chase after RAW or SmackDown's top titles, Rousey is credible enough to a point where she could directly challenge either champion upon her return.

The obvious title to go after would be the WWE RAW Women's Championship, in The Rowdy One's case. This is because of her history with the title and how she lost it eventually. Also, Rousey hasn't faced Asuka in the ring yet, and that would certainly be an intriguing matchup.

However, Ronda Rousey could shift gears and make an impact on WWE SmackDown this time around. SmackDown has become a superior brand compared to RAW, and The Baddest Woman on the Planet may go after the Blue brand's top women's title, which she hasn't won before.
