Seth Rollins has been a part-time IC Champion ever since he linked up with The Shield over the last few weeks, and that isn't the best thing for Raw right now, as Rollins was the glue that held the band together when it was falling apart.

Now WWE needs to get the man in action once again, as the mid-card desperately needs his presence and the IC Title. And what better way to do that than have Rollins issue another open challenge for his title at the start of Raw this week.

The challengers could range form Drew McIntyre looking to prove Rollins wrong or Curt Hawkins looking to end his losing streak, whoever answers the challenge, WWE should start off Raw with a bang and Rollins is the man to make it happen.
