WWE likes to make all of their storylines make sense, and when Roman Reigns eliminated The Undertaker from The Royal Rumble, it lead to a match between the two men at WrestleMania.

Sasha Banks was the woman who eliminated Stratus from The Rumble after she mocked her with an impressive version of her Boss Dance, and many believed that this was building towards something bigger.

Bliss didn't even wrestle at The Royal Rumble, and has had no interaction with Stratus on TV, which means that there is no "kayfabe" reason why this match should even take place.
