The wrestling world was shocked to hear that WWE legend The Undertaker would be making his first public appearance in character outside of WWE at Ace Comic Con in Long Island New York next weekend.

Undertaker has never made a Comic-Con appearance in his almost three-decade-long career and with his current WWE status still up in the air following his loss at WrestleMania back in April, it will be interesting to see what The Deadman has to say when the public ask him the questions that they have been holding in for the past eight months.

It seems that Undertaker isn't the only wrestler who is scheduled to appear at a convention in the coming months. Here are few other superstars you may not have known are coming to a conversion near you.

#5 Christian - Wales Comic Con

Former World Heavyweight Champion Christian has made a number of Comic-Con appearances in the past, but it seems that the tag team specialist has already been announced for Wales Comic Con on April 21st and 22nd 2018.

Wales Comic Con 2017 is happening this weekend and will see the likes of Sting, Virgil, Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake, TNA star and Charlotte's ex-husband Bram as well as former Impact Wrestling ring announcer SoCal Val representing the world of wrestling.

Virgil is obviously no stranger to conventions, whilst Sting is making a rare appearance on over the pond for the event as is WWE legend Brutus Beefcake. Bram and SoCal Val are seemingly stars who attend a number of conventions on a regular basis with SoCal Val already announced to be attending Stoke Con Trent on April 15th, 2018.

#4 Batista - FloridaSupercon

Former WWE Champion Batista has made quite the splash on the silver screen over the past few years, ever since he walked away from the company back in 2014. Batista is heavily rumoured to be headlining the WWE Hall of Fame class in 2018, but he is also already scheduled to appear at the Florida Supercon in July 2018.

The event takes place at the Greater Ft. Lauderdale/Broward Convention Center from July 12th until 15th with Batista down to appear on all four days. Former NXT star Leva "Blue Pants" Bates will also be at the event representing the wrestling world.

It is thought that Batista has now made the switch over the Comic-Con appearances based on the fact that he is now known as the star of Guardians of the Galaxy to many of the younger generation, perhaps more than he is known as a former WWE superstar.

#3 Tito Santana/Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake - Cottage Country Comic Con

1989 King of the Ring winner Tito Santana makes a rare convention appearance on June 23rd-24th 2018 as part of the Cottage Country Comic-Con in Orillia, Canada.

Santana won't be the only wrestler representing the business at the event as Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake has also already been announced for the convention as well. It seems that both legends will be making rare appearances on Canadian soil as part of the event that was formerly known as Orilla Comic-Con.

Santana was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2004 and at 64-years-old he is still only considered to be a semi-retired performer, whilst Beefcake has also made a number of wrestling appearances over the past few years, even though his daughter Alana has seemingly taken over the wrestling business for her family.

#2 Ric Flair and The Four Horsemen - Icons Of Wrestling Convention

Ric Flair has recently been through a number of medical problems but seems to be on the road to recovery, since he appeared on WWE TV the week before Survivor Series to congratulate his daughter Charlotte on her SmackDown Women's Championship win.

Flair is also scheduled to appear at the 25th Anniversary of Monday Night Raw on January 22nd, 2018. This has been scheduled just six days before the annual Royal Rumble event, which takes place at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

That same weekend, Flair will be joining his Four Horseman teammates at the 2300 arena as part of the Icons of Wrestling convention. This is a rare appearance for all four horsemen and one that makes it almost certain that Flair will be playing his part in proceedings in Philadephia at The Royal Rumble. The show could present the first ever Women's Rumble match which incidentally, his daughter could make history by being a part of.

#1. Hulk Hogan - Ace Comic Con

Hulk Hogan has avoided the spotlight over the past few years ever since he was shunned by WWE following the leak of historic racist comments that he made a number of years ago.

Hogan is still seen as one of the biggest legends in the history of wrestling and someone who has been able to put a lot of this controversy behind him over the past year. The former World Champion shockingly looks set to make a rare appearance as of the line up at the Ace Comic Con on January 15th, 2018 at Gila River Arena in Glendale, Arizona.

Hogan hasn't made a lot of public appearances since these comments were made public back in 2016, but it's interesting to see that this event takes place merely a week before Raw's 25th Anniversary show, an event that many fans have speculated that Hogan could be apart of.
