5. Jeff Hardy

There's a sense of inevitability about Jeff's career right now

Not much is wrong with Jeff Hardy's latest stint with the company. He's delivering the goods. He has been committed. But somehow you see him never again rising through the ranks to those glorious heights which he had scaled earlier in his career.

A WWE championship reign seems out of reach and he's settled into the role of a mid-card player. He's had a good, almost spectacular(and slightly cringy) feud with Randy Orton. He had a run with the US championship which he ended up losing to Shinsuke Nakamura. He is a member of the SmackDown team but you know for sure he won't be the last man standing in that match.

Jeff is aging now and sometimes it does seem that the bumps are getting a bit too much. With seemingly no bigger fish on offer, and his health not in the best of states Jeff could be on his way out from the company.
