Where is Finn Balor headed?

Finn Balor has been the part of Raw since making his main roster debut back in 2016. He too started his career on the right track by becoming the first Universal Champion. He then got injured after that and has not been the same since. Since his return in 2017, he is stuck in the mid-card. He did get an opportunity at the Intercontinental Championship around Wrestlemania 34, but he could not capture the title.

Right now he is just there in Raw as another Superstar without any future storyline. He deserves much more that. If WWE decided to shift him to SmackDown, he can again become a main-eventer. Even SmackDown does not have a good top babyface other than AJ Styles and Daniel Bryan, so they can really use Balor. I am sure he will be thrown directly to the main title picture within weeks.
