#3. Hope isn't true: Triple threat storyline planned for Randy Orton as the WWE Champion?

Randy Orton is going to have a busy few months as the WWE Champion - especially if the idea is for him to hold the title until WrestleMania 37. A night after he became WWE Champion, a new feud was teased for him - one against The Fiend Bray Wyatt.
The other one was an indication that Drew McIntyre wasn't done with Randy Orton. After holding the WWE title for over 200 days, a rematch would only be expected.
Randy Orton will be facing Roman Reigns at Survivor Series 2020, and after that, the question is who he's going to feud with. According to Dave Meltzer on WON, the plan could be for Randy Orton to be in a three-way WWE title feud against Drew McIntyre and Bray Wyatt.
Dave Meltzer speculated in the latest edition of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that the plan could be to have a three-way program featuring Randy Orton, Drew McIntyre, and The Fiend.
We hope this isn't true because it doesn't seem to be a good way to utilize Bray Wyatt. Ultimately, WWE has to choose who to protect, and neither McIntyre nor Wyatt will benefit from losing.
