#3 The Self Destruction of The Ultimate Warrior

S
Somehow Warrior and Vince McMahon could forgive each other, somehow

This is a WWE release that the company only wishes all WWE fans would forget even exists. Back in 2005, WWE first announced their brand new Legends contracts, where they would sign WWE legends to contracts and use them for appearances, Hall of Fame inductions, DVD interviews and more.

Vince McMahon decided to try to mend some fences, made deals with several legends who he had been at odds with for years, including Hulk Hogan and Roddy Piper (who were inducted into the HOF), 'Superstar' Billy Graham, who signed a Legends deal, and Bret Hart, who teamed up with WWE to release a three-disc DVD set.

Another legend WWE wanted to be involved with again was The Ultimate Warrior. Much like Bret Hart, the plan was to release an in-depth three-disc DVD on Warrior's career and real-life beef with Vince. Warrior turned down WWE and took to his website to blast the company.

WWE responded by deciding to release a DVD on Warrior anyway, which turned into one giant verbal burial.

Dozens of WWE legends and then active WWE stars took dozens of shots at Warrior, calling him everything from difficult, to strange, to crazy, to an asshole. This is certainly a WWE bio that you will never see on the WWE Network.

Warrior and WWE would make up before his death in 2014 and would be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, as well as having two far more respectable DVD's released on his life and career. Warrior had signed on with WWE to be an ambassador, a role now being filled by his wife, Dana.
