#3. Seth Rollins vs Kevin Owens

Seth Rollins has recently been given some time away from the ring following the birth of his first child with fellow WWE star Becky Lynch. In the build-up to The Monday Night Messiah's departure, Rollins was in a personal storyline with The Mysterio Family, which saw him brutalize Dominik Mysterio and take Rey Mysterio's eye back at Extreme Rules.

As part of the storyline, before Rey Mysterio signed a new WWE contract, Kevin Owens was set to be included and was going to help Dominik Mysterio. According to a report by Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, these plans were then changed when Mysterio re-signed and the company decided to add him to the story instead:

"Kevin Owens was there who is another, you know. He’s fallen out of his program. He was supposed to be in a program with Seth until they just dropped it when Rey agreed to stay."

Seth Rollins is due to return to WWE in the coming months and Kevin Owens is now on SmackDown alongside The Messiah, which means that this is another feud that could be picked up in the new year.
