#4 Sting never faced Chris Jericho
Sting has been an icon in professional wrestling for years now. Even after his retirement, he has left behind a legacy full of passion, charisma, and intrigue. Much like The Undertaker and Chris Jericho, Sting changed his character enough to suit the times.
His transformation from Surfer Dude to an emotionless avenging angel was the highlight of its time. His build to that epic Starrcade 1997 match with Hollywood Hogan is still considered one of the better buildups to a pay-per-view in years since. Even in TNA, Sting managed to reinvent himself as The Joker Sting with varying degrees of success.
Chris Jericho never came into contact with Sting in WCW
His WWE run was unremarkable, and it's a shame that it ended pretty quickly. Imagine he managed to wrestle a great match with Chris Jericho? It would have been spectacular.
Jericho never really ran into Sting in WCW. Perhaps, at the time, Jericho was just considered a mid-carder and not a main-event player. If Sting had come to WWE in the early 2000s, there is an excellent chance that this dream match would have happened.
