Chris Jericho has been blacklisted in a rather weird way for WWE. It wasn't due to outright bad relations with them, but the fact that he signed with a competitor in NJPW around 2017 and then signed with AEW in late 2018/early 2019 meant that he was no longer in WWE's good books.
This was so much so that they even banned superstars from appearing on Talk is Jericho, his famous podcast. The fact that Jon Moxley fka Dean Ambrose went on an anti-WWE rant/tirade on his podcast has only further soured them. On Sirius XM, Jericho said:
“I’ve been kind of removed from the annals of history.
“I asked the other day if I could have a couple of their guys on my podcast to promote Mania.
“I was told, ‘No, it’s not appropriate because you’re in AEW’.”
It's safe to say that he won't be appearing at the RAW Reunion.
